Edenton-Chowan Schools Board of Education Special Meeting Notice

Edenton-Chowan Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00pm. The special meeting will be held in the Professional Development Center (110 Blade St. Edenton, NC). The purpose of this special meeting will be a closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a) to consult with attorneys retained by the School Board to consider the settlement of a claim which is the subject of pending litigation captioned as The Edenton-Chowan County Board of Education vs. Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc.
